VP BONUS PROGRAM
Once an agent and their team issue over $150,000 in life insurance annual premium (AP), that agent will be promoted to a manager status of Vice President (VP). Vice Presidents qualify for bonuses listed below. If you have questions about qualifying for this bonus, please discuss this with your direct upline manager.
MONTHLY PRODUCER BONUS
Producers can qualify for a monthly bonus if you issue over $30,000 in life insurance annual premium (AP). This is based on your personal production. If you have any questions, please message your direct upline manager.
PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES
All Family First Life agents qualify for promotions based solely on your production.
PRODUCER & MANAGER LEVELS
Producer levels are based on the amount of personal production that issue pays.
Manager levels are based on you and all your downline teams production issue pays.
